Περίληψη
Η ουρική αρθρίτιδα είναι μια κοινή φλεγμονώδης αρθρίτιδα που επηρεάζει πολλά ηλικιωμένα άτομα. Η διαχείριση της ουρικής αρθρίτιδας στους ηλικιωμένους είναι μια πραγματική θεραπευτική πρόκληση λόγω των παθολογικών συννοσηροτήτων και των αλληλεπιδράσεων των φαρμάκων. Τα παραδοσιακά φάρμακα που χρησιμοποιούνται ήδη συνδέονται συχνά με παρενέργειες. Οι τρέχουσες θεραπευτικές στρατηγικές για την ουρική αρθρίτιδα και υπερουριχαιμία σε ηλικιωμένα άτομα ναι μεν είναι διακριτές αλλά συνδέονται, με προσοχή στην ασφάλεια.
